Behind Bar (18+)
Help create a great experience for families and fans by serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, professional manner. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, verifying IDs, restocking inventory, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment throughout tournaments and events.
Must be TABC certified.
Cooks & Back of Kitchen (18+)
Play an important role in delivering a great game-day experience by preparing food, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and keeping orders moving during busy tournaments and events. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, stocking supplies, following food safety standards, and working as a team to provide quality service to every guest.
Facility Staff (18+)
Join The Salvage Yard team and help keep game days running smoothly from start to finish. This position includes guest and customer relations, taking orders, running food and drinks, assisting with concessions, stocking inventory, cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep of the facility and grounds. Team members should be comfortable jumping in wherever needed and working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Must be TABC certified.
